Delivery times: 1 working week - Usually the order is processed in 4/5 days. However, being made-to-measure items, it may take longer so if there are specific needs, we recommend contacting us for exact preparation times. Delivery is entrusted to the SDA courier who generally delivers within 2 working days. Any delays can happen, so it is advisable to always consider 5 working days from the time of shipment.

Return: Since these items are made to measure, it is not possible to return them as this product is made only for you and cannot be reused. We therefore recommend if there are any doubts to contact us before ordering to help you with your purchase

OUT OF STANDARD : NON-STANDARD DIMENSIONS OR COLORS must be agreed before the order, with our machines we can produce pieces up to 6 meters x 2 meters even shaped and out of square so we have no specific constraints. On request, we can also produce round edges, bullnose edges and lacquered finishes.

Very important! For invoicing to companies it is necessary to reach the minimum amount of 30€ and the billing data must be indicated with a message contextual to the order.
In the absence of different communication, we will generate the tax receipt made out to the name provided by the system and it can no longer be changed.
