Pay attention: The lock tongue comes out automatically when the door is in the closed position. With the door open, even if the key is turned, the tab does not come out (giving the sensation of being faulty as it is different from common locks). On the other hand, when the door is closed, turning the key locks the handle and does not allow the door to be opened. If the door does not close, the defect may be in the "gaccia" striker which has lost the magnet behind it or is misaligned or too far from the lock. If in doubt, please contact us.
